Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta says he has belief and confidence in his team’s bid to win the Premier League title this season. The Gunners are top of the table at Christmas once again, and Arteta hopes this time they can finally go all the way and bring the trophy home.

Arsenal moved back into first place after a 1-0 win at Everton, with Viktor Gyökeres scoring the only goal from the penalty spot. That victory helped them overtake Manchester City, who had earlier taken the top spot on goal difference.

Arteta said being top at this stage gives him confidence because it shows Arsenal have been consistent over many matches. He pointed out that staying near the top is not easy in the Premier League and that his players have worked hard to stay there.

He also said that winning games in tough places, dealing with pressure and staying strong as a team are all part of the journey. Arteta believes that enjoying the process and learning from difficult moments will help Arsenal continue their push for the title.

The victory at Everton came in a tight game where Arsenal had to defend well and take their chance when it came. Gyökeres took responsibility by scoring the penalty, and Arteta praised him and other players for being confident in making decisions on the pitch.

Despite leading the Premier League at Christmas, Arteta knows the job is far from done. Arsenal have finished near the top in recent seasons but have not yet won the league. The manager says his side must keep working hard, stay focused and be ready for more tough matches as the season continues.

Fans will be watching closely to see if Arsenal can turn this strong position into their first Premier League title in years, but for now Arteta is happy with the team’s belief and performance.
